CHICKEN

We only use 100% chicken breast seasoned to perfection and seared to lock in all the great flavor.

STEAK

Our steak is lightly seasoned and seared to perfection.

CARNITAS

Chipotle smoked pork butts, cooked low and slow.  The end result is our version of the perfect carnitas. 

GROUND BEEF

100% Angus ground beef

ONIONS/PEPPERS

Lightly marinated in a lime vinaigrette sauce.
 

SHRIMP

Grilled and blackened...muy bueno! 

TEMPEH (VEGETARIAN)

Our tempeh is locally sourced...mixed with corn and poblano peppers, grilled and lightly seasoned with our lime vinaigrette for an added kick.

Everything you'll need! No need to make a choice since they are all included.

—Pico de Gallo 

Classic Mexican style salsa with fresh tomatoes, onions and cilantro.

—Roasted Tomatoe Salsa (mild)

We blend charred tomatoes, peppers and onions for a rich smoky flavor that's a true Hightide original. You can spot the roasted tomato salsa by its deep red coloring and signature black bits of charred tomato skin.

—Tomatillo Salsa (medium)

Our beloved green salsa made from tart tomatillos smoothed out with roasted jalapenos and fresh cilantro.

—Chili de Arbol (hot)

Growing up this salsa was a household staple…made from small dried chilies mixed and blended with roasted pepitas and sesame seeds and a few others we would like to keep secret.
