Spice up your next catered event with a Taco Bar or Burrito Bar from Hightide Burrito Co. Whether you need to feed 10 or 100 for business or pleasure, we can provide everything you need. We supply plates, utensils, napkins, servingware and all of the fresh ingredients you need for a delicious meal!

Taco Bar

The Taco Bar comes complete with:

Your choice of 2 or 3 freshly cooked proteins served in hot chafing dishes
- Steak
- Chicken
- Al Pastor (marinated pulled pork)
- Grilled Veggies
Fresh tortillas
Freshly made tortilla chips for your entire group
Choice of 2 fresh house-made salsas
- Arbol salsa (hot)
- Salsa de tomatillo (med)
- Red salsa (mild)
Numerous toppings including grated cheese, sour cream, romaine lettuce, black beans, and cilantro-lime rice
Cinnamon chips for dessert
Taco shells for salads are available upon request for an additional $1 per shell

COST

The Taco Bar is $8.50 pp plus tax for 2 proteins or $9.50 pp plus tax for 3 proteins.

Burrito Bar

The Burrito Bar includes everything the Taco Bar does and more!

Guests enjoy a large tortilla stuffed with their choice of ingredients and handrolled by a Hightide staff member. We prepare each burrito to order and wrap it in foil for your guest.

COST

The Burrito Bar offers you the choice of 2 proteins and 2 salsas for $8.50 pp plus tax and staffing or $9.50 pp plus tax and staffing for 3 proteins.

Optional Items

Drinks are available at $1 per soda and $8.50 per gallon of tea. We are happy to supply cups and ice upon request.
Add Guacamole to complete the meal! One pound serves 3 to 6 people - $9.99
Add Queso. Three pounds serve 10-12 people - $15

Hightide Burrito Co. requests a 24-hour notice for all catered meals and a 48-hour notice for staffed events. Minimum charge of $20 for delivery. For staffed events, there is an additional $12 charge per hour per staff person (including travel time and setup). Minimum 10 people for catering orders. Taco meals for 4 are available on our regular menu.
